Q: What do I do if my gift card doesn’t work?

Contact feedback@peterpiperpizza.com and provide your name, the gift card number and any other relevant information. If there is something wrong that we can’t resolve, we’ll gladly issue a new card once we deactivate the old card.

Do gift cards have an expiration date?

No, gift cards do not expire. However, if it’s a promotional or bonus card, there could be an expiration date. Check the details on the card.

Do you accept gift cards at all your locations?

Yes, all Peter Piper Pizza locations accept gift cards.

Do all Peter Piper Pizza locations accept bonus cards?

No. Before purchasing the gift card with bonus cards, notice the Terms and Conditions. This will tell you which locations accept the bonus cards as well as the redemption period.
