What days can we host a fundraiser?
Typically, we hold fundraisers on Mondays-Thursdays. However, we are flexible on a case-by-case basis.
When will we find out how much we raised during our event?
We’ll provide you with the total amount due to your group 5-7 days after your event.
Will I need to pick up a check or is it mailed?
No, we mail the checks out 2-3 weeks after the event date.
Do you offer online sales for a fundraiser?
Yes! Just use the promo code on the flyer when placing your order. For fundraisers in Texas this is only valid for pickup orders. Please mention the fundraiser at the time of pickup.
What time are they normally held?
Most fundraisers are held from 4:00pm-8:00pm but we are flexible depending on your group’s needs. Fundraisers held in Texas are held all day from 11:00am - 9:00pm.
What is the percentage back?
We give back 15% of the fundraiser sales under *$2,999 your group brings in through your promotional efforts. For fundraisers held in Arizona, If you reach *$3,000 or more, we give back 20% of fundraiser sales.
Is there a minimum amount to be raised to receive a check?
Yes, $100 in fundraiser sales initiates the group tracking of sales. For fundraisers held in Texas, sales over $200 will receive a check. For sales under $200, we pay with direct deposit or food vouchers.
What type of collateral does PPP provide to help us promote our event?
We provide digital flyers.
How much advance notice is required to set up a fundraiser?
To best prepare, we ask for 10-14 days prior to your event date. However, some exceptions are possible.
