How do I join Peter Piper Pizza Rewards?
Simply download the app, then create an account. You’ve been automatically enrolled and will begin earning rewards. You can start earning rewards on your first loyalty purchase.
How do I earn points?
You’ll earn 10 points for every $1 you spend when you place an order either through the app, online or in restaurant.
Will I earn points for delivery orders?
If you place the delivery order through the Peter Piper Pizza app or website you will – minus any tax, fees or tips.
How long does it take for points to appear in my account?
Points should appear within 1 hour of your purchase. If you aren’t seeing points for your recent transaction, please contact [email protected] within 24 hours of your purchase.
I have multiple receipts from my visit, can I scan all receipts to get my rewards?
Yes, but there is a scan limit. Guests my scan 1 receipt every 2 ½ hours. There is a 3-day receipt age limit so scan your receipts as your able to do so.
Can I use more than one redeemable at a time?
No, only one redeemable is activated and useable at any given time. Redeemables are only activated in a guests account for 10 minutes, then the points are awarded back to the guests account.
Do my points expire?
Points expire every 6 months from the day they were earned. When you redeem your points for a reward, your oldest points are automatically used first.
Why didn't I get my birthday gift?
Loyalty members who add their date of birth to their profile will receive multiple offers throughout the year. However, loyalty members are required to checkin within the year to be eligible.
